How to Order

Step 1.

     ♥ Add all items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. To look and adjust the items in your cart please click on the “my cart” button on the top right hand side. Please click on it again if you wish to minimise the shopping cart. All the prices are in AUD.

Step 2.

     ♥ When you have finished adding all the items to the cart please click the check out button. The total price does not include shipping costs. You may pay straight away with PayPal but this is usually not advised as you will have to make another payment later on for the shipping costs. Instead we advice you to send us the link of the checkout page to yuki.chen109@gmail.com with your details.

     ♥ If you are having problems with the shopping cart, feel free to email us your order to yuki.chen109@gmail.com.

Step 3.

     ♥ We will then calculate the postage and also deduct any discount if applicable and then email you the final amount to be paid.

Step 4.

     ♥ Make payment. You have up to 48 hours to make payment unless an arrangement is made with us prior.

Method of payment:

Australian customers: Online Banking, Paypal (+5% surcharge fee)

International Customers: Paypal (+5% surcharge fee)

     ♥ All orders will be processed only after payment has been cleared.

     ♥ Once an order is processed there is no cancellation.

Step 5.

Your Order will be shipped out to you within 5-7 working days once payment is cleared.
