All items sold are shipped directly from our suppliers. Items are sent by EMS with tracking number and will arrive in 3-5 working days. We are not responsible for loss of item during shipping, however this is unlikely as all parcels have their individual tracking number and request signature on arrival.

Example of postage calculation to Australia:

Item weighs 450g Shipping cost = 16AUD

Item weighs 1.75kg Shipping cost = 24AUD + (2X5AUD) = 34AUD

Item weighs 5.45kg Shipping cost = 24AUD + (9X5) = 69AUD

Domestic Shipping & Delivery  

Since our shop is based in Australia we will try our best to lower postage costs for our Australian customers. In the future when we start to get large amount of orders from Australian customers then we will bulk send all the orders from our suppliers to Perth, Australia and then send out the items via Australia Post. Furthermore Perth customer can also arrange for local pick up.

Return policy on Apparels

Sakura Dreams will happily exchange any items purchased from our store if they are deemed by management to have workmanship error. Please notify us within 3 days upon receiving the goods with clear photos as proof.

The customer may chose for the item to be replaced or exchanged for store credit. Only in the case that the item is out of stock then the money will be refunded in full. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when sending the item back. However we will cover the cost of the shipping when the item is shipped back to you.

Please note that we do not refund items which are returned due to a change of mind or purchasing the wrong item or size by mistake. Please be very careful when selecting items with sizing such as shoes.

All other items non refundable except at our discretion.
